Question: If Jesus is God how can he favor himself?
Answer: Jesus (Son of God) prayed to His Father God during His time on earth. He said He will send the Holy Spirit to inhabit us. So God the Father who sent His Son into the world was pleased that His Son God manifest in flesh lived a sinless holy life although he was faced with the same temptations we face everyday. So after Christ’s flesh died on the cross, God the Father raised Christ’s body because Jesus The Son of God was highly favored by God the Father for completing the perfect atonement for our sins by offering Himself on the cross. The Bible was written by 40 authors over 1,800 years starting from 3,500 years back who received this message from God vs Quran written also by a person in 650 AD almost 2,000 years after the Bible was handed to humans by God. Question: In our book it says our God forgave Adam for his sin. Why did the God of the Bible not forgive Adam?
Answer: The wages of sin is death. Jesus the Son of God died for us and was sent by God the Father to the earth to shed His blood for the remission of sins. Jesus was the perfect sacrifice since He was and is the only person born in this world that did not sin. He was wounded for our transgressions bruised for our iniquities the chastisement of our sins was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed. Sin has consequences and God being a just God cannot just say I forgive you. An unjust nation person or an unjust deity alone will say I forgive murderers and child molesters and thieves to the point that lack of judgment will make the streets and the nation unsafe. Where there is no law there the people perish. Where there is law there is safety but there are consequences for breaking the law. God the Father of Jesus Christ the Son of God is a lawful God and since without the shedding of a perfect person’s blood there is no remission of sins God the Son came down as man and died and shed His blood for us so we can receive forgiveness of sins because He bore the consequences of our sins and our breaking of the law of God. If you reject this God who died and shed His blood for you you will have no recourse when you stand before this holy and just God on judgment day. By the way if your God is truly a forgiving God why is he asking you to behead those who do not become muslims?
Question: If Jesus is David’s son and had had a mother how can he be God?
Answer: If David called Jesus Lord how can Jesus be David’s son? All who obey God’s Word are Christ’s relatives and His brother sister mother etc.
Question: Is Jesus begotten of God when newer Bible translations omit this word “begotten”?
Answer: Authorized King James Version is the original translation but people find it difficult to understand since it was written in ancient English.

So He sent His Son Jesus to die for all and shed His blood so by accepting Jesus you can receive His pardon for sins to avoid spending eternity in hell for the consequences of sin (2nd death). Have you been to death row? There are consequences for breaking human laws. The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Answer: Yes God Jehovah forgave Adam because of Jesus Christ’s Blood for sin has consequences per Bible. However, the other book you quote says to kill all who don’t accept your religion and that is exactly what is happening in Muslim countries globally. You are engaging in genocide now! Answer: We are taught to pray “Our Father who art in heaven, not our Father who art in paradise”! My religious friends told me Jesus never claimed to be Almighty God. But in Revelation 1:8 Jesus did. Jesus said: “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (Re:1:8)”. The reason the Bible is credible and supercedes man’s opinion is because every page in this Holy Book including the arrival of the Blessed Comforter can be tied to a historical date! Answer: JESUS THE “SON” OF GOD

INTRODUCTION
Jesus called Himself the “Son of God” throughout the Gospels, (John 3:16-18), and the disciples also identified Him as the Son of God in their writings, (Rom 1:3).
Further, Jesus identified Himself as God revealed in the flesh, (John 8:58), and His disciples identified Him as God, (John 1:1, Phil 2:5-11). How could Jesus be The Son of God, and God at the same time? What does this term – “Son of God” mean? And if Jesus is the Son, in what way is Jesus God’s Son? Did God have physical relations with Mary and get her pregnant?
Many Muslims do not understand what this term, according to Christian theology, actually means. They have asked me these or similar questions. This paper focuses on what the term “Son of God” signifies in Christian theology with respect to Muslim understanding.
MUSLIMS AND THE SON OF GOD
Muhammad, the founder of Islam, misunderstood what the term “Son of God” meant with respect to Christianity. He thought of it only in terms of sexual reproduction, i.e. that God fathered a child through sexual intercourse with Mary. Therefore he spoke out against it.
Christians also reject that God had physical intercourse with Mary, but we understand Christ being God’s Son as an analogical term. We believe that the eternal Son of God, one with the Father from all eternity, united to Him in one Spirit, “became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14), and took “the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men” (Philippians 2:7). We believe in the incarnation of the Son of God.
Muhammad did hear the Christians proclaim Jesus the Messiah as God’s Son, but understanding or not, he specifically denied that Jesus was the Son of God. He said in the Quran,
Sura 2:116 – “They say: “God has begotten a son”. Glory be to Him. No, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: everything renders worship to Him.”
and,
Sura 9:30 – “The Christians say the Messiah is the Son of God, that is a saying from their mouths.”
Muhammad was unable to distinguish between the Christian belief in Jesus as the Son of God and the Arab Pagan belief in idols as offspring of God, i.e., Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat, (these were idols worshipped around Mecca as daughters of the supreme God – or Allah). Muhammad misunderstood that Christians in no way consider Jesus – the Son of God, in the same way the Arab Pagans understood their idols.
Muhammad’s misconception of the Sonship of Christ is another proof that the Quran was not revealed to him by God, but rather it was built upon Muhammad’s own concepts and ideology.
Because of Muhammad’s misunderstanding, Islam places limits on God’s power. In view of this, a Christian writer commented that “to assert that God has no Son because He has no wife is like saying that God is not living because He does not draw breath.” Daniel, “Islam and the West, p.182.
WHAT THE TERM “SON OF GOD” SIGNIFIES
The expression “Son of God”, is an analogical term. It indicates origin, a close association, or identification. In Christian theology it describes the relationship of two persons of the triune God. It expresses an intimate relationship between two persons: God the Father, and God the Son – Jesus the Messiah.
Here are several scriptures illustrating this facet of their relationship:
John 17:5 – “And now Father, glorify me in Your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.”
Here Jesus stated that He was with the Father before the world began.
Colossians 1:13-20 “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead so that in everything He might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him and through him to reconcile to himself all things whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.”
Here, we see the term “Son of God”, brought to light: “the image of the invisible God”.
Hebrews 1:1-3 “In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son whom He appointed heir of all things and through whom He made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.”
Again, we see the relationship between the Father and the Son disclosed, “the exact representation of His being”.
John 1:1-3, 10, 14, 18 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him, nothing was made that has been made……(10) He was in the world and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him….(14) The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father full of grace and truth……(18) No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father’s side has made Him known.”
John 14:8, 10 “Don’t you know me Phillip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, “Show us the Father”? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me?”
Jesus plainly told Phillip, “Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father”.
From these verses we see that in Christ, the invisible God is revealed. Jesus was with the Father before the world began. Christ, as God the Son, is the Creator of all things. God in all His fullness, dwelt in Christ, reconciling the world. We see that Christ, as the Son of God – God’s representation, is God manifest and revealed to the world. Angels, prophets, and things can reveal to us something about God. But God alone can reveal God. It takes God to reveal Himself to mankind. What better way for the eternal revealer to be revealed to mankind on earth than by clothing His self-expresion in human form?
JESUS AS THE WORD OF GOD
Muslims believe that the Quran – their Word of God – is eternal. The Quran also calls Jesus the Word of God. Since Muslims believe that the Quran is eternal, yet is able to enter into the limitations of time and space, and become available in book form, could not Jesus as the Word of God, be made manifest in human form? If on earth, Muslims believe that the uncreated Word of God – i.e., the Quran – is found as a book making it both uncreated and created, then cannot the uncreated Word of God be revealed as a human, if God willed it? That God has willed this is revealed in the testimony of the Gospels – God’s eternal self-expression, His Word, His Son, has entered human form as
Jesus the Messiah.
God the Father and God the Son are both God, but they are different persons. They are equal in essence, indeed of one essence, yet one is subject to the other’s authority. The human analogy goes no further than this – an earthly father and his son are both human to the full, yet the second must bow to the authority of the first. Jesus is subject to the Father’s authority. When He came to earth He came as the Father’s ambassador to redeem men from sin and, being found in human form, took His subjection to the Father’s authority to the point of a son to a father’s relationship.
As the Son of God, Christ, the second person of the Trinity, possesses the same essence as the Father, yet is subject to the Father as an earthly son is subject to his father. Jesus is not the Son of God because of His mighty works and miracles, but He did those works because He is the Son of God.
The prime duty of a son is to honor and obey his father, to serve him freely and fully. The ideas of being a servant and a son are found throughout the Bible. Jesus as God the Son, served God the Father not out of compulsion but because of His unity with the Father, served out of love.
MUSLIM ARGUMENTS AGAINST JESUS BEING THE SON OF GOD
Muslims frequently ask that if Jesus were really God’s Son, or God in the flesh, why didn’t Jesus know the date of the hour of judgment? Ref. Matthew 24:36.
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Or if Jesus were God in the flesh, why did He say,
“The Son can don nothing of his own accord but only what the sees the Father doing,…..The Father is greater than I,…. I can do nothing on my own authority.” John 5:19, 14:28, 5:30.
Muslims will ask rhetorical questions such as, “Wouldn’t God know the last hour of Judgment?” Or, “If Jesus were God, why did He say, “the Father is greater than I”?”
The answer lies in what Christ’s Sonship on earth entails. The passage that best addresses it is Philippians 2:5-8. “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation and took upon Him the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, even the death on the cross.”
Here Christ emptied Himself. The Sonship of Christ is revealed in this: He was revealed as God in the flesh, and yet submitted to God the Father. He was limited as a man, and He glorified God the Father. The analogical term “Son” best describes Christ’s relationship with God the Father.
Christ’s exalted relationship is even seen in the very verse Muslims choose to attack His Sonship… In Mark 13:32 Christ says, “But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.” Here, Jesus places Himself above men, and above the angels. Jesus describes Himself alone in a category in relation to God.
Likewise, Christ when saying that He does nothing of His own accord, states that “whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise.” Christ establishes His Sonship and puts Himself in perfect harmony with God. Even Muhammad is declared in the Quran as a sinner in Sura 48:2, but Christ walked in perfect harmony with the Father.
As Muhammad failed to understand what “Son of God” signified, so today, many Muslims continue to misunderstand. The term “Son of God” does not mean that God had intercourse with Mary, or created sons for Himself, but that Jesus, as God, is the image of God, made manifest to men. As Muslims believe that the Quran is eternal, uncreated, and is the Word of God found in physical book form, they should be able to understand that Jesus is eternal, uncreated, and is the Living Word of God in physical living form.
CONCLUSION
Jesus manifested his eternal abiding glory to John – as opposed to the veiled form of a humble servant he had while he walked this earth – while John was imprisoned on the isle of Patmos, revealing himself as what he truly was and will forever be, God Almighty

Jesus is the Son of God. This means that He is God, revealed to man. The term “Son of God” is an analogy, describing the relationship between two persons of God. Christ is the image of God to mankind. God – omnipotent, revealed Himself to mankind, in Christ.

Question: If Jesus is God how can he favor himself?
Answer: Jesus (Son of God) prayed to His Father God during His time on earth. He said He will send the Holy Spirit to inhabit us. So God the Father who sent His Son into the world was pleased that His Son God manifest in flesh lived a sinless holy life although he was faced with the same temptations we face everyday. So after Christ’s flesh died on the cross, God the Father raised Christ’s body because Jesus The Son of God was highly favored by God the Father for completing the perfect atonement for our sins by offering Himself on the cross. The Bible was written by 40 authors over 1,800 years starting from 3,500 years back who received this message from God vs Quran written also by a person in 650 AD almost 2,000 years after the Bible was handed to humans by God. The Bible’s every page and chapter has history and archeological authentication to support that it is a fact proven and credible. Jesus Christ is the only one who said I am.the way the truth and the life and no one cometh to the Father but by me. Question: In our book it says our God forgave Adam for his sin. Why did the God of the Bible not forgive Adam?
Answer: The wages of sin is death. Jesus the Son of God died for us and was sent by God the Father to the earth to shed His blood for the remission of sins. Jesus was the perfect sacrifice since He was and is the only person born in this world that did not sin. He was wounded for our transgressions bruised for our iniquities the chastisement of our sins was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed. Sin has consequences and God being a just God cannot just say I forgive you. An unjust nation person or an unjust deity alone will say I forgive murderers and child molesters and thieves to the point that lack of judgment will make the streets and the nation unsafe. Where there is no law there the people perish. Where there is law there is safety but there are consequences for breaking the law. God the Father of Jesus Christ the Son of God is a lawful God and since without the shedding of a perfect person’s blood there is no remission of sins God the Son came down as man and died and shed His blood for us so we can receive forgiveness of sins because He bore the consequences of our sins and our breaking of the law of God. If you reject this God who died and shed His blood for you you will have no recourse when you stand before this holy and just God on judgment day. By the way if your God is truly a forgiving God why is he asking you to behead those who do not become muslims?
Question: If Jesus is David’s son and had had a mother how can he be God?
Answer: If David called Jesus Lord how can Jesus be David’s son? All who obey God’s Word are Christ’s relatives and His brother sister mother etc.
Question: Is Jesus begotten of God when newer Bible translations omit this word “begotten”?
Answer: Authorized King James Version is the original translation but people find it difficult to understand since it was written in ancient English.

Answer: If you and I had not sinned the flesh of Jesus would not have to have been sacrificed but He died that you and I may live forever when we believe in Him. His flesh died but He was alive in the Spirit like He always was before He came into this earth and was manifest in the flesh.

1. Send all mankind to hell for eternity as the penalty for sin since all have sinned
2. Sacrifice Himself for our sins. Since all humans sinned humans are the ones who had to sacrifice Jesus so through Christ’s Blood alone all mankind can be saved.

Question: Why did God kill the people in the Old Testament who sinned?
Answer: You’re quoting scripture out of context like saying George Eisenhower shot Hitler! God is a just God but is also a loving God. So He sent His Son Jesus to die for all and shed His blood so by accepting Jesus you can receive His pardon for sins to avoid spending eternity in hell for the consequences of sin (2nd death). Have you been to death row? There are consequences for breaking human laws. The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. If the person in death row does not accept the governor’s pardon he or she will die for murdering others. Even so If you reject Jesus Christ’s pardon obtained through the death and shedding of God’s own blood then there is no more hope! Jesus said except you repent you will all likewise perish!
Question: Our book says Adam was forgiven when he repented for eating the apple.
Answer: Yes God Jehovah forgave Adam because of Jesus Christ’s Blood for sin has consequences per Bible. However, the other book you quote says to kill all who don’t accept your religion and that is exactly what is happening in Muslim countries globally. You are engaging in genocide now! How many millions you have slaughtered for not converting g to islam. How many innocent people and kids you killed in the 911 attack? Your actions speak louder than your words. God Jesus died a torturous death for you and shed His last drop of blood for all sins to grant you forgiveness so you won’t perish. What did yours do? He is killing innocent millions even today it continues. We called the most knowledgeable scholar in Islam for public debate and he chickened out. Question: Why does God need to rest on the 7th day?
Answer: God created in 6 days and did not create anything on the 7th day. Rest does not mean He went to sleep. It means he completed creation in 6 days. Is that clear?
Question: Bible says God put the rainbow in the sky! Really?
Answer: Initially, light did not get split into 7 colors when it passed through a prism or raindrops. After the flood in Noah’s time God created a new law that when light passed through raindrops or prisms it would get split into 7 colors. That’s why we see a rainbow today.
Question: Do you think the Bible is true because T-Rex and Long-neck were too big for the ark.
Answer: These dinosaurs I believe were extinct by then, but if there were any protected species then, Noah would have taken a T-Rex baby or a Long-neck baby into the ark!
Question: Jesus said “today you will be with me in paradise” and then said a few days later “touch me not for I have not ascended to my Father”. Could you explain?
Answer: We are taught to pray “Our Father who art in heaven, not our Father who art in paradise”! Father is in a place in heaven in the most holy place called the Holy of holies on His eternal throne in His heavenly temple fighting your battles, answering your prayers, healing your sickness in the Name of Jesus Christ! That is where Jesus ascended with His own blood to the Father for the remission of our sins. He was in paradise with the repented thief earlier which is in a different location.

My religious friends told me Jesus never claimed to be Almighty God. But in Revelation 1:8 Jesus did. Answer: JESUS THE “SON” OF GOD

INTRODUCTION
Jesus called Himself the “Son of God” throughout the Gospels, (John 3:16-18), and the disciples also identified Him as the Son of God in their writings, (Rom 1:3).
Further, Jesus identified Himself as God revealed in the flesh, (John 8:58), and His disciples identified Him as God, (John 1:1, Phil 2:5-11). How could Jesus be The Son of God, and God at the same time? What does this term – “Son of God” mean? And if Jesus is the Son, in what way is Jesus God’s Son? Did God have physical relations with Mary and get her pregnant?
Many Muslims do not understand what this term, according to Christian theology, actually means. They have asked me these or similar questions. This paper focuses on what the term “Son of God” signifies in Christian theology with respect to Muslim understanding.
MUSLIMS AND THE SON OF GOD
Muhammad, the founder of Islam, misunderstood what the term “Son of God” meant with respect to Christianity. He thought of it only in terms of sexual reproduction, i.e. that God fathered a child through sexual intercourse with Mary. Therefore he spoke out against it.
Christians also reject that God had physical intercourse with Mary, but we understand Christ being God’s Son as an analogical term. We believe that the eternal Son of God, one with the Father from all eternity, united to Him in one Spirit, “became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14), and took “the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men” (Philippians 2:7). We believe in the incarnation of the Son of God.
Muhammad did hear the Christians proclaim Jesus the Messiah as God’s Son, but understanding or not, he specifically denied that Jesus was the Son of God. He said in the Quran,
Sura 2:116 – “They say: “God has begotten a son”. Glory be to Him. No, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: everything renders worship to Him.”
and,
Sura 9:30 – “The Christians say the Messiah is the Son of God, that is a saying from their mouths.”
Muhammad was unable to distinguish between the Christian belief in Jesus as the Son of God and the Arab Pagan belief in idols as offspring of God, i.e., Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat, (these were idols worshipped around Mecca as daughters of the supreme God – or Allah). Muhammad misunderstood that Christians in no way consider Jesus – the Son of God, in the same way the Arab Pagans understood their idols.
Muhammad’s misconception of the Sonship of Christ is another proof that the Quran was not revealed to him by God, but rather it was built upon Muhammad’s own concepts and ideology.
Because of Muhammad’s misunderstanding, Islam places limits on God’s power. In view of this, a Christian writer commented that “to assert that God has no Son because He has no wife is like saying that God is not living because He does not draw breath.” Daniel, “Islam and the West, p.182.
WHAT THE TERM “SON OF GOD” SIGNIFIES
The expression “Son of God”, is an analogical term. It indicates origin, a close association, or identification. In Christian theology it describes the relationship of two persons of the triune God. It expresses an intimate relationship between two persons: God the Father, and God the Son – Jesus the Messiah.
Here are several scriptures illustrating this facet of their relationship:
John 17:5 – “And now Father, glorify me in Your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.”
Here Jesus stated that He was with the Father before the world began.
Colossians 1:13-20 “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead so that in everything He might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him and through him to reconcile to himself all things whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.”
Here, we see the term “Son of God”, brought to light: “the image of the invisible God”.
Hebrews 1:1-3 “In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son whom He appointed heir of all things and through whom He made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.”
Again, we see the relationship between the Father and the Son disclosed, “the exact representation of His being”.
John 1:1-3, 10, 14, 18 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him, nothing was made that has been made……(10) He was in the world and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him….(14) The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father full of grace and truth……(18) No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father’s side has made Him known.”
John 14:8, 10 “Don’t you know me Phillip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, “Show us the Father”? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me?”
Jesus plainly told Phillip, “Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father”.
From these verses we see that in Christ, the invisible God is revealed. Jesus was with the Father before the world began. Christ, as God the Son, is the Creator of all things. God in all His fullness, dwelt in Christ, reconciling the world. We see that Christ, as the Son of God – God’s representation, is God manifest and revealed to the world. Angels, prophets, and things can reveal to us something about God. But God alone can reveal God. It takes God to reveal Himself to mankind. What better way for the eternal revealer to be revealed to mankind on earth than by clothing His self-expresion in human form?
JESUS AS THE WORD OF GOD
Muslims believe that the Quran – their Word of God – is eternal. The Quran also calls Jesus the Word of God. Since Muslims believe that the Quran is eternal, yet is able to enter into the limitations of time and space, and become available in book form, could not Jesus as the Word of God, be made manifest in human form? If on earth, Muslims believe that the uncreated Word of God – i.e., the Quran – is found as a book making it both uncreated and created, then cannot the uncreated Word of God be revealed as a human, if God willed it? That God has willed this is revealed in the testimony of the Gospels – God’s eternal self-expression, His Word, His Son, has entered human form as
Jesus the Messiah.
God the Father and God the Son are both God, but they are different persons. They are equal in essence, indeed of one essence, yet one is subject to the other’s authority. The human analogy goes no further than this – an earthly father and his son are both human to the full, yet the second must bow to the authority of the first. Jesus is subject to the Father’s authority. When He came to earth He came as the Father’s ambassador to redeem men from sin and, being found in human form, took His subjection to the Father’s authority to the point of a son to a father’s relationship.
As the Son of God, Christ, the second person of the Trinity, possesses the same essence as the Father, yet is subject to the Father as an earthly son is subject to his father. Jesus is not the Son of God because of His mighty works and miracles, but He did those works because He is the Son of God.
The prime duty of a son is to honor and obey his father, to serve him freely and fully. The ideas of being a servant and a son are found throughout the Bible. Jesus as God the Son, served God the Father not out of compulsion but because of His unity with the Father, served out of love.
MUSLIM ARGUMENTS AGAINST JESUS BEING THE SON OF GOD
Muslims frequently ask that if Jesus were really God’s Son, or God in the flesh, why didn’t Jesus know the date of the hour of judgment? Ref. Matthew 24:36.
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Or if Jesus were God in the flesh, why did He say,
“The Son can don nothing of his own accord but only what the sees the Father doing,…..The Father is greater than I,…. I can do nothing on my own authority.” John 5:19, 14:28, 5:30.
Muslims will ask rhetorical questions such as, “Wouldn’t God know the last hour of Judgment?” Or, “If Jesus were God, why did He say, “the Father is greater than I”?”
The answer lies in what Christ’s Sonship on earth entails. The passage that best addresses it is Philippians 2:5-8. “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation and took upon Him the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, even the death on the cross.”
Here Christ emptied Himself. The Sonship of Christ is revealed in this: He was revealed as God in the flesh, and yet submitted to God the Father. He was limited as a man, and He glorified God the Father. The analogical term “Son” best describes Christ’s relationship with God the Father.
Christ’s exalted relationship is even seen in the very verse Muslims choose to attack His Sonship… In Mark 13:32 Christ says, “But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.” Here, Jesus places Himself above men, and above the angels. Jesus describes Himself alone in a category in relation to God.
Likewise, Christ when saying that He does nothing of His own accord, states that “whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise.” Christ establishes His Sonship and puts Himself in perfect harmony with God. Even Muhammad is declared in the Quran as a sinner in Sura 48:2, but Christ walked in perfect harmony with the Father.
As Muhammad failed to understand what “Son of God” signified, so today, many Muslims continue to misunderstand. The term “Son of God” does not mean that God had intercourse with Mary, or created sons for Himself, but that Jesus, as God, is the image of God, made manifest to men. As Muslims believe that the Quran is eternal, uncreated, and is the Word of God found in physical book form, they should be able to understand that Jesus is eternal, uncreated, and is the Living Word of God in physical living form.
CONCLUSION
Jesus manifested his eternal abiding glory to John – as opposed to the veiled form of a humble servant he had while he walked this earth – while John was imprisoned on the isle of Patmos, revealing himself as what he truly was and will forever be, God Almighty

Jesus is the Son of God. This means that He is God, revealed to man. The term “Son of God” is an analogy, describing the relationship between two persons of God. Christ is the image of God to mankind. God – omnipotent, revealed Himself to mankind, in Christ.

Question: If Jesus is God how can he favor himself?
Answer: Jesus (Son of God) prayed to His Father God during His time on earth. He said He will send the Holy Spirit to inhabit us. So God the Father who sent His Son into the world was pleased that His Son God manifest in flesh lived a sinless holy life although he was faced with the same temptations we face everyday. So after Christ’s flesh died on the cross, God the Father raised Christ’s body because Jesus The Son of God was highly favored by God the Father for completing the perfect atonement for our sins by offering Himself on the cross. The Bible was written by 40 authors over 1,800 years starting from 3,500 years back who received this message from God vs Quran written also by a person in 650 AD almost 2,000 years after the Bible was handed to humans by God. The Bible’s every page and chapter has history and archeological authentication to support that it is a fact proven and credible. Jesus Christ is the only one who said I am.the way the truth and the life and no one cometh to the Father but by me. I have more faith in God who came down as man to reveal Himself to His children, one we can call Father.

Answer: The wages of sin is death. Jesus the Son of God died for us and was sent by God the Father to the earth to shed His blood for the remission of sins. Jesus was the perfect sacrifice since He was and is the only person born in this world that did not sin. He was wounded for our transgressions bruised for our iniquities the chastisement of our sins was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed. Sin has consequences and God being a just God cannot just say I forgive you. An unjust nation person or an unjust deity alone will say I forgive murderers and child molesters and thieves to the point that lack of judgment will make the streets and the nation unsafe. Where there is no law there the people perish. Where there is law there is safety but there are consequences for breaking the law. God the Father of Jesus Christ the Son of God is a lawful God and since without the shedding of a perfect person’s blood there is no remission of sins God the Son came down as man and died and shed His blood for us so we can receive forgiveness of sins because He bore the consequences of our sins and our breaking of the law of God. If you reject this God who died and shed His blood for you you will have no recourse when you stand before this holy and just God on judgment day. By the way if your God is truly a forgiving God why is he asking you to behead those who do not become muslims?
Question: If Jesus is David’s son and had had a mother how can he be God?
Answer: If David called Jesus Lord how can Jesus be David’s son? All who obey God’s Word are Christ’s relatives and His brother sister mother etc.
Question: Is Jesus begotten of God when newer Bible translations omit this word “begotten”?
Answer: Authorized King James Version is the original translation but people find it difficult to understand since it was written in ancient English.
Question: Can you stop your missionary work or we will end it?
Answer: I am not a missionary but a warrior for Christ the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Is your religion so weak you have to kill and threaten others to propagate it?
Question: Our God does not allow anyone to be Co equal with him. Your’s allows this? Jesus and God? Trinity is false.
Answer: In Christianity the Bible teaches that God came down to raise us to His elevation so we may become like Jesus Christ. Does your God get worried about job security or feel insecure?

Answer: You’re quoting scripture out of context like saying George Eisenhower shot Hitler! God is a just God but is also a loving God. So He sent His Son Jesus to die for all and shed His blood so by accepting Jesus you can receive His pardon for sins to avoid spending eternity in hell for the consequences of sin (2nd death). Have you been to death row? There are consequences for breaking human laws. The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Answer: Yes God Jehovah forgave Adam because of Jesus Christ’s Blood for sin has consequences per Bible. However, the other book you quote says to kill all who don’t accept your religion and that is exactly what is happening in Muslim countries globally. You are engaging in genocide now! How many millions you have slaughtered for not converting g to islam. How many innocent people and kids you killed in the 911 attack? Your actions speak louder than your words. Answer: We are taught to pray “Our Father who art in heaven, not our Father who art in paradise”! Father is in a place in heaven in the most holy place called the Holy of holies on His eternal throne in His heavenly temple fighting your battles, answering your prayers, healing your sickness in the Name of Jesus Christ! That is where Jesus ascended with His own blood to the Father for the remission of our sins. He was in paradise with the repented thief earlier which is in a different location.

My religious friends told me Jesus never claimed to be Almighty God. But in Revelation 1:8 Jesus did. Jesus said: “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (Re:1:8)”. Further, Jesus Christ’s closest disciple who was the only apostle who followed Jesus Christ to the cross stated: “1Jo:5:20: And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life”. Then they told me, man cannot become God. So I showed them John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Jesus was already God when He came in the flesh. The reason the Bible is credible and supercedes man’s opinion is because every page in this Holy Book including the arrival of the Blessed Comforter can be tied to a historical date! INTRODUCTION
Jesus called Himself the “Son of God” throughout the Gospels, (John 3:16-18), and the disciples also identified Him as the Son of God in their writings, (Rom 1:3).
Further, Jesus identified Himself as God revealed in the flesh, (John 8:58), and His disciples identified Him as God, (John 1:1, Phil 2:5-11). How could Jesus be The Son of God, and God at the same time? What does this term – “Son of God” mean? And if Jesus is the Son, in what way is Jesus God’s Son? Did God have physical relations with Mary and get her pregnant?
Many Muslims do not understand what this term, according to Christian theology, actually means. They have asked me these or similar questions. This paper focuses on what the term “Son of God” signifies in Christian theology with respect to Muslim understanding.
MUSLIMS AND THE SON OF GOD
Muhammad, the founder of Islam, misunderstood what the term “Son of God” meant with respect to Christianity. He thought of it only in terms of sexual reproduction, i.e. that God fathered a child through sexual intercourse with Mary. Therefore he spoke out against it.
Christians also reject that God had physical intercourse with Mary, but we understand Christ being God’s Son as an analogical term. We believe that the eternal Son of God, one with the Father from all eternity, united to Him in one Spirit, “became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14), and took “the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men” (Philippians 2:7). We believe in the incarnation of the Son of God.
Muhammad did hear the Christians proclaim Jesus the Messiah as God’s Son, but understanding or not, he specifically denied that Jesus was the Son of God. He said in the Quran,
Sura 2:116 – “They say: “God has begotten a son”. Glory be to Him. No, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: everything renders worship to Him.”
and,
Sura 9:30 – “The Christians say the Messiah is the Son of God, that is a saying from their mouths.”
Muhammad was unable to distinguish between the Christian belief in Jesus as the Son of God and the Arab Pagan belief in idols as offspring of God, i.e., Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat, (these were idols worshipped around Mecca as daughters of the supreme God – or Allah). Muhammad misunderstood that Christians in no way consider Jesus – the Son of God, in the same way the Arab Pagans understood their idols.
Muhammad’s misconception of the Sonship of Christ is another proof that the Quran was not revealed to him by God, but rather it was built upon Muhammad’s own concepts and ideology.
Because of Muhammad’s misunderstanding, Islam places limits on God’s power. In view of this, a Christian writer commented that “to assert that God has no Son because He has no wife is like saying that God is not living because He does not draw breath.” Daniel, “Islam and the West, p.182.
WHAT THE TERM “SON OF GOD” SIGNIFIES
The expression “Son of God”, is an analogical term. It indicates origin, a close association, or identification. In Christian theology it describes the relationship of two persons of the triune God. It expresses an intimate relationship between two persons: God the Father, and God the Son – Jesus the Messiah.
Here are several scriptures illustrating this facet of their relationship:
John 17:5 – “And now Father, glorify me in Your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.”
Here Jesus stated that He was with the Father before the world began.
Colossians 1:13-20 “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead so that in everything He might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him and through him to reconcile to himself all things whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.”
Here, we see the term “Son of God”, brought to light: “the image of the invisible God”.
Hebrews 1:1-3 “In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son whom He appointed heir of all things and through whom He made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.”
Again, we see the relationship between the Father and the Son disclosed, “the exact representation of His being”.
John 1:1-3, 10, 14, 18 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him, nothing was made that has been made……(10) He was in the world and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him….(14) The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father full of grace and truth……(18) No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father’s side has made Him known.”
John 14:8, 10 “Don’t you know me Phillip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, “Show us the Father”? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me?”
Jesus plainly told Phillip, “Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father”.
From these verses we see that in Christ, the invisible God is revealed. Jesus was with the Father before the world began. Christ, as God the Son, is the Creator of all things. God in all His fullness, dwelt in Christ, reconciling the world. We see that Christ, as the Son of God – God’s representation, is God manifest and revealed to the world. Angels, prophets, and things can reveal to us something about God. But God alone can reveal God. It takes God to reveal Himself to mankind. What better way for the eternal revealer to be revealed to mankind on earth than by clothing His self-expresion in human form?
JESUS AS THE WORD OF GOD
Muslims believe that the Quran – their Word of God – is eternal. The Quran also calls Jesus the Word of God. Since Muslims believe that the Quran is eternal, yet is able to enter into the limitations of time and space, and become available in book form, could not Jesus as the Word of God, be made manifest in human form? If on earth, Muslims believe that the uncreated Word of God – i.e., the Quran – is found as a book making it both uncreated and created, then cannot the uncreated Word of God be revealed as a human, if God willed it? That God has willed this is revealed in the testimony of the Gospels – God’s eternal self-expression, His Word, His Son, has entered human form as
Jesus the Messiah.
God the Father and God the Son are both God, but they are different persons. They are equal in essence, indeed of one essence, yet one is subject to the other’s authority. The human analogy goes no further than this – an earthly father and his son are both human to the full, yet the second must bow to the authority of the first. Jesus is subject to the Father’s authority. When He came to earth He came as the Father’s ambassador to redeem men from sin and, being found in human form, took His subjection to the Father’s authority to the point of a son to a father’s relationship.
As the Son of God, Christ, the second person of the Trinity, possesses the same essence as the Father, yet is subject to the Father as an earthly son is subject to his father. Jesus is not the Son of God because of His mighty works and miracles, but He did those works because He is the Son of God.
The prime duty of a son is to honor and obey his father, to serve him freely and fully. The ideas of being a servant and a son are found throughout the Bible. Jesus as God the Son, served God the Father not out of compulsion but because of His unity with the Father, served out of love.
MUSLIM ARGUMENTS AGAINST JESUS BEING THE SON OF GOD
Muslims frequently ask that if Jesus were really God’s Son, or God in the flesh, why didn’t Jesus know the date of the hour of judgment? Ref. Matthew 24:36.
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Or if Jesus were God in the flesh, why did He say,
“The Son can don nothing of his own accord but only what the sees the Father doing,…..The Father is greater than I,…. I can do nothing on my own authority.” John 5:19, 14:28, 5:30.
Muslims will ask rhetorical questions such as, “Wouldn’t God know the last hour of Judgment?” Or, “If Jesus were God, why did He say, “the Father is greater than I”?”
The answer lies in what Christ’s Sonship on earth entails. The passage that best addresses it is Philippians 2:5-8. “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation and took upon Him the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of men: and being found in fashion as a man He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, even the death on the cross.”
Here Christ emptied Himself. The Sonship of Christ is revealed in this: He was revealed as God in the flesh, and yet submitted to God the Father. He was limited as a man, and He glorified God the Father. The analogical term “Son” best describes Christ’s relationship with God the Father.
Christ’s exalted relationship is even seen in the very verse Muslims choose to attack His Sonship… In Mark 13:32 Christ says, “But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.” Here, Jesus places Himself above men, and above the angels. Jesus describes Himself alone in a category in relation to God.
Likewise, Christ when saying that He does nothing of His own accord, states that “whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise.” Christ establishes His Sonship and puts Himself in perfect harmony with God. Even Muhammad is declared in the Quran as a sinner in Sura 48:2, but Christ walked in perfect harmony with the Father.
As Muhammad failed to understand what “Son of God” signified, so today, many Muslims continue to misunderstand. The term “Son of God” does not mean that God had intercourse with Mary, or created sons for Himself, but that Jesus, as God, is the image of God, made manifest to men. As Muslims believe that the Quran is eternal, uncreated, and is the Word of God found in physical book form, they should be able to understand that Jesus is eternal, uncreated, and is the Living Word of God in physical living form.
CONCLUSION
Jesus manifested his eternal abiding glory to John – as opposed to the veiled form of a humble servant he had while he walked this earth – while John was imprisoned on the isle of Patmos, revealing himself as what he truly was and will forever be, God Almighty

Jesus is the Son of God. This means that He is God, revealed to man. The term “Son of God” is an analogy, describing the relationship between two persons of God. Christ is the image of God to mankind. God – omnipotent, revealed Himself to mankind, in Christ.

MOUNTING UP WITH WINGS LIKE EAGLES–>ISAIAH 40:31
Turkeys and chicken are heavy and cannot fly high
Eagles are light and live in the heights
Turkeys and chicken on dirt walk
Eagles leg rests on the Rock
Eagles don’t fear any harm
Because they fly above the storm
Eagles have a heavenly vision
They stay focused on their mission
PRINCIPLE 1.0
Eagles fly alone at high altitude and not with sparrows or other small birds.
Eagles fly with Eagles
PRINCIPLE 2.0
Eagles have strong vision. When an eagle sites his prey, he narrows his focus on it and set out to get it. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.
Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacle and you will succeed.
PRINCIPLE 3.0
Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey. Vultures eat dead animals, but eagles will not.
Be careful with what you feed your eyes and ears with.
PRINCIPLE 4.0
Eagles love the storm. When clouds gather, the eagles get excited. The eagle uses the storm’s wind to lift it higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagles uses the raging storm to lift him above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the leaves and branches of the trees.
We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights.
Achievers (eagles) relish challenges and use them profitably.
PRINCIPLE 5.0
The Eagle tests before it trusts and makes another eagle it’s companion. Read Psalms 1
Whether in private life or in business, one should test commitment of people intended for lifelong partnership.
PRINCIPLE 6.0
When ready to lay eggs, the female and male eagle identify a place very high on a cliff where no predators can reach.
Live in heights in heavenly place in Christ Jesus.
PRINCIPLE 7.0
When an Eagle grows old, his feathers become weak and cannot take him as fast as he should. When he feels weak and about to die, he retires to a place far away in the rocks. While there, he plucks out every feather on his body until he is completely bare. He stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, then he can come out.
We need to wait in God’s Presence to renew our strength
The grand old monarch of the craggy rocks is still young when generations of other birds have passed away. So our youth is renewed like the eagle’s—that is to say, our spiritual life continues on, and on, and on through time—right into eternity!
8.0 Renewal in:
A. Sight
B. Flight
C. Might
D. Fight
How is the eagle’s youth renewed? I suppose in four things—in its sight, its flight, its might and its fighting.
A. Sight
The eagle has a keen eye, but its eye would grow dim unless there was a constant renewal of its youth and, therefore, its eyesight is renewed. The eagle-eye belongs to every gracious man. He can see farther than the eagle can. He can see beyond the gates of pearl—he can see farther than that—to the throne of God! Yes, farther than that—into the heart of God. He can say— “The streams of love I trace Up to their fountain, God. And in His mighty breast I see Eternal thoughts of love to me.” But the eagle eye of faith is often clouded with unbelief, and it is a blessing for us that God increases our faith and that, once again, we can see invisible things and rejoice to behold what has never been given to mortal eye to see.
B. Flight
The eagle is a bird of strong flight, and that flight may be reckoned as a part of its youth which is renewed. Large as it is, sometimes measuring from six to eight feet broad when its wings are outspread, yet as soon as it vanishes out of sight it is lost in the blaze of the sun. At another time the eagle is on its flight, simply making progress. So with the Christian. His youth is renewed. He mounts upwards in communion with God, higher, higher, higher. His motto is— “Nearer, my God, to Thee, Nearer to Thee!
This still my cry shall be— Nearer to Thee, nearer to Thee!” Up he mounts like the eagle, or at other times he goes onward in his Christian pathway, going from strength to strength until he appears before his God. Now, it is a mercy for us that the Lord is pleased to renew our power of fellowship with Himself—our power of making progress in the divine life—just as He renews the eagle’s youth.
C. Might
The eagle has great power and might, too. He had need to be strong, or when he carries his prey to his young ones, he might soon weary. And you and I have souls to feed, and work to do for God and for His kingdom—and we need that our might should be renewed, like the eagle’s, that we may be strong for every service imposed upon us.
D. Fight
And then the eagle is made to fight. It smells the battle afar off and delights in carnage. And the Christian, though he is a man of peace, is also a man of war. From his youth up he has to contend with his corruptions and fight with spiritual wickedness in high places! And he needs that his power to fight should be daily renewed, even as is the eagle’s. May we experience day by day what it is to have our youth renewed in these respects.

A. Food
The eagle’s strength is renewed by the food it eats. That is indicated in the text, “Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” When the eagle has satisfied his hunger, he is strong again and when you and I have fed upon the Word of God—especially upon the incarnate Word of God—when we have been privileged to eat His flesh and drink His blood, as spiritual men know how, ah, then again, our youth has been renewed!
B. Air
The eagle’s strength is renewed by the air he breathes. Not here below, in this smoky atmosphere, but up there, in the clear azure, where all is bright—there does the eagle breathe the pure air and thus renew his strength. So the Christian renews his strength, not here among groveling gold hunters or pleasure hunters, or fame hunters, but up, up there in the rarefied atmosphere of communion with God! There he grows strong, again, and comes down from the heaven of heavens with his face glowing with the radiance of renewed youth, renewed by breathing the atmosphere of the skies!
C. Season
The eagle’s youth is renewed as the season returns, or, if the reference I gave to some naturalists is correct, there is a season for renewal. So when the times for God’s Spirit to visit us with times of refreshing come, then, and our strength is renewed. When we feel once more the Holy Spirit bedewing us and our heart gets to be like Gideon’s fleece and we are saturated, then, like the eagle’s, our strength is renewed!
How Eagles Reflect Our Spiritual Journey—how we can soar with eagles
The challenge of being “eagle Christians” is learning to wait on the Lord, until we catch the wind of the Spirit. Eagle believers are those who seek to find out where God is going, and then go with Him. They don’t sense fighting against the wind currents; they find out what God’s doing and enter into it. Jesus modeled this for us when He said in John 5:19—”I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.”
Never acting independently, never moving on His own, Jesus saw what God was doing and moved with it. That’s what “eagle Christians” do: develop an ability to sense the motion of the Spirit and refuse to move until they know what God is doing. Oh, we know the opposite of an “eagle Christian,” because most of us have been a part of another kind of Christianity many times in our lives.
The simple call is to mimic the eagles, wait on the Lord and the wind of the Spirit will renew our strength so we can “…soar on wings like eagles…”
10.0 Don’t be a Turkey, be an Eagle
Turkeys are no eagles.
First of all, turkeys can’t fly, they can’t defend themselves, and they need to be fed and taken care of. Turkeys are a lot of work, they are high-maintenance. Besides, people eat turkey on Thanksgiving.
Eagles on the other hand, have no natural enemies (name one animal that eats eagles), they can fly and they feed and care for themselves. NO ONE MESSES WITH AN EAGLE.
Not only do eagles fly, THEY SOAR.
Turkeys are high-maintenance and eagles are not.
Eagles are winners!
Eagles make things happen!
BE AN EAGLE SAINT IN 2016!
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Is 40:31
Stop acting like a chicken
Remember you are a lion
No one messes with an eagle
Don’t act like you are feeble
They that know their God shall be strong and do exploits
With Christ’s Strength you can overcome all the enemy’s plots
Lion’s move in a pack
As Christ’s body there is nothing you lack
Split the ocean
Through God who set lifeless things in motion
Move the mountain
Drink from the Living Fountain
Don’t let others ruin your future
Claim God’s promises and others you inspire
Against the church the gates of hell will not prevail
Our God is faithful His promises will not fail
Our glorious future no one can derail
Believers stand up as one
At Calvary the victory has already been won
Remember you are a child of God
With God on your side, there is nothing so hard
